Oregon Dream Ponies fulfills a lifelong dream for Bob & Kim Taylor. Growing up in an urban lifestyle, Kim rode every pony ride in Oregon dreaming all the while of having a horse for her very own. As a child, Kim tried to convince her mom that there was room for a pony to live in the garage.
Bob’s dream of owning property and running a family business became a reality in June of 2010, when they purchased 5 beautiful acres in Newberg, Oregon. The Taylors now enjoy the peace and hard work of an agrarian lifestyle with several ponies and horses and a bunch of chickens at the Taylor Hillside Farm and Ranch.
The ability to fulfill the dreams of youngsters that are not growing up in an atmosphere where horse ownership is possible, is a dream come true for Bob & Kim Taylor!
About Kim Taylor
Kim has always been drawn to working with and investing in children. Her career started after graduating from Oregon State University with an advanced degree in mathematics. Kim taught mathematics at the middle school level, and maintained a State of Oregon teaching license for many years. Kim has also home-schooled her own children, run a private daycare, and is a partner in TSS Photography specializing in sports/family and children’s photography. These experiences have helped her shape the vision and direction of Oregon Dream Ponies as a premier children’s event and education facility.

Bob comes from a background in industry having recently chosen to dedicate his efforts full time to Oregon Dream Ponies and TSS Photography. Bob brings over 30 years of sales experience in the Pacific Northwest to Oregon Dream Ponies and is excited about the opportunity to give back to the community that he has helped build!
